My Biography

I hold an M.A. degree from Liberty University in Christian Leadership and a B.S. degree from Ball State University in Business Management.  I have worked in and held management/leadership positions in several different industries – hotel/hospitality, retail, production, higher education, and churches.  I am currently the Lead Pastor at The Journey Church just outside of Indianapolis, IN and I am the Co-Founder of Church Leader Strategies – a company that provides coaching and resources for pastors and church leaders.  I also blog with my wife over at www.timandconsuela.com where we write about marriage, parenting, and family.

I’ve been married to Consuela since October 2000 and we have four children.  We live northwest of Indianapolis, IN.  I love to watch basketball and football and my passion in life is to spend as much time as I can with my family.
