I’m Back!

Hello faithful readers and new subscribers!  After a few months off of publishing new articles here on my blog, I’m back!!  I want to tell you a little about what’s been going on in my world and why I haven’t been publishing articles for a few months.

But, first, I wanted to point you to a couple of articles that I have written in the last few months over on The Global Leadership Summit blog in case you missed those:

4 Interview Questions to Assess EQ

The Surprising Truth About Prioritizing Relationships

In March of this year I was elected as the next Lead Pastor of The Journey Church in Avon, IN – a western suburb of Indianapolis.  It’s a move that took me from my role as Executive Pastor and positioned me to lead this church that finds it’s beginnings back in 1954.  My family and I are excited about this next chapter in our lives.

So, all summer, we’ve been transitioning…and dealing with all of the ups and downs of selling and buying a house, finding our way around a new city, enrolling our kiddos in a new school, and being the “new guy” at the church.  That’s why you haven’t heard from me in a while.

We’ve bought and moved into a new home.  The kids start school next week.  And many other things are now falling into place.  So, we’re finding our groove…again.

And because of that – I’m back!  I’ve missed sharing thoughts and lessons on leadership with you.  I can’t wait to get rolling again.  So, stay tuned!!!  And, as always, if I can do anything for you, drop me an email.  I’d love to hear from you!
