My Biography

I hold an M.A. degree from Liberty University in Christian Leadership and a B.S. degree from Ball State University in Business Management.  I have worked in and held management/leadership positions in several different industries – hotel/hospitality, retail, production, higher education, and churches.  I am currently the Lead Pastor at The Journey Church just outside of Indianapolis, IN and I am the Co-Founder of Church Leader Strategies – a company that provides coaching and resources for pastors and church leaders.

I’ve been married to Consuela since 2000 and we have four children.  We live west of Indianapolis, IN.  I love to watch basketball and football and my passion in life is to spend as much time as I can with my family.
