This Privacy Policy explains how Tim Parsons Leadership, LLC (“I,” “me,” or “my”) collects, uses and protects your information when you visit timparsons.me, buy something from my store, sign up for my emails, or work with me as a coach or speaker. If you have any questions, please contact me.
Information I collect
Information you give me. When you use this site, you may share:
- Contact and inquiry forms: your name, email address, phone number and anything you include in your message (for example, event details for a speaking request or details about a wedding).
- Orders: your name, billing and shipping address, email address and phone number, plus the items you purchase.
- Email sign-ups: your name and email address when you request my free ebook or subscribe to my articles.
- Scheduling: your name, email address and any answers you provide when you book a call through my scheduling tool.
- Accounts and courses: if you create an account or enroll in an online program, your login details and course progress.
- Comments: the name, email address and comment you submit on a blog post.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site collects basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device, the pages you visit and how you arrived at the site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies” below).
Payment information. Card and payment details are entered directly with my payment processors (Stripe and PayPal). I never see or store your full card number.
How I use your information
- To respond to your questions and requests
- To process, ship and support your orders, including taxes, deposits and refunds
- To schedule and deliver coaching sessions, programs, speaking engagements and other services
- To send you the resources and emails you signed up for (you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email)
- To understand how visitors use the site so I can improve it
- To protect the site from spam, fraud and security threats
- To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements
I do not sell or rent your personal information.
Coaching conversations
What you share in coaching sessions is kept confidential and is used only to support your coaching. I won’t share it with anyone without your permission, except where the law requires it or where someone’s safety is at serious risk.

I rely on trusted third-party services to run this site. They receive only the information they need to do their job and handle it under their own privacy policies:
- Website hosting and backups: Bluehost and Jetpack VaultPress Backup
- Online store and payments: WooCommerce, Stripe and PayPal
- Email newsletter: Mailchimp
- Scheduling: Calendly
- Website analytics: Google Analytics
- Spam protection: Akismet
- Embedded videos: YouTube (videos on this site may set cookies when you play them)
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. This site uses them to keep your shopping cart working, remember your login, understand site traffic, and prevent spam. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site (like the cart and checkout) may not work without them.
How long I keep your information
I keep your information only as long as I need it for the purposes above. Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Email subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask me to delete your information at any time (see “Your choices” below).
How I protect your information
This site uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and payments are handled by PCI-compliant processors. No method of storing or sending information online is 100% secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your choices
You can ask me to show you, correct, or delete the personal information I have about you, or to stop sending you emails. Just contact me and I’ll respond as quickly as I can. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state or country’s privacy laws, and I’ll honor those requests.
Children
This site is intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given me information, please contact me and I’ll delete it.
Links to other websites
This site links to other websites, such as my church’s site, YouTube and booking tools. I’m not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Changes to this policy
I may update this policy from time to time. When I do, I’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
