Using this site
You’re welcome to read, share and link to the content on this site for personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t use the site for anything unlawful, try to disrupt or break into it, or submit spam or harmful content through its forms or comments. I may remove comments or block access for anyone who misuses the site.
Coaching and content are not professional advice
The articles, resources, programs and coaching I offer are for education and personal growth. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical, legal or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. You are responsible for your own decisions and results. I can’t guarantee any particular outcome from coaching, programs or content.

Purchases
- Pricing: Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, I may cancel the order and refund you.
- Payment: Payments are processed securely by Stripe or PayPal. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout.
- Shipping: Physical items ship to the address you provide. Delivery times are estimates, and I’m not responsible for carrier delays.
- Deposits: Some services require a deposit to reserve a date. The remaining balance is due as stated at checkout or in your service agreement.
- Refunds and returns: Refunds, returns and cancellations are covered by my Refund and Returns Policy. Coaching payments are non-refundable, but sessions can be rescheduled.
Coaching, speaking and other services
Coaching sessions, programs, speaking engagements, proofreading and wedding services may also be covered by a separate agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule a session.
Digital downloads and online programs
Free and paid downloads (like ebooks and assessments) and online program materials are for your personal use. Please don’t resell, republish or share them publicly. If you’d like to use them with a team, group or church, contact me and I’ll be glad to talk about it.
My content and trademarks
All content on this site, including articles, books, graphics, videos and program materials, is owned by me or used with permission and is protected by copyright. “5 Steps to Getting to Your Next Level™” and “Leadership for the Rest of Us” are my trademarks. You’re welcome to quote short excerpts with credit and a link back to this site. Any other use requires my written permission.
Comments and submissions
When you post a comment or send me a message, you confirm that it’s yours to share and isn’t unlawful or abusive. I may edit or remove comments at my discretion.
Links to other sites
This site links to other websites and services (like YouTube, Calendly and my church’s website). I’m not responsible for their content, policies or availability.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
This site and its content are provided “as is.” I do my best to keep information accurate and the site running smoothly, but I can’t promise it will always be error-free or available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, I’m not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, my content or my services. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.

I may update these Terms from time to time. When I do, I’ll change the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
