Next Level Leadership Accelerator – 1:1 Mentorship (Founding Cohort)

Description

Everything in Group Coaching, plus a weekly 30-minute 1:1 mentorship call with Tim for all 12 weeks. Only 3 spots.

Group Coaching includes:

• A 1:1 kickoff call with Tim to review your Next Level Self-Assessment and set your 90-day goal
• 12 live group coaching calls on Microsoft Teams, Thursdays at 7 PM Eastern, January 14 through April 1, 2027
• Recordings of every call
• The Leadership for the Rest of Us course and workbook, with lifetime access
• A private Teams chat for the cohort and message support between calls
• A 30-day follow-up group call after the program ends

My commitment: attend at least 10 of the 12 calls and do the weekly exercises, and if you don’t feel more clear, more confident and less stuck by the end, you can join the group calls of any cohort I run in the following 12 months at no cost.

Refunds: If you change your mind any time before our first call on January 14, 2027, you’ll get a full refund.

Founding pricing is for this first cohort only, and 1:1 Mentorship is limited to 3 leaders. Enrollment closes Thursday, January 7, 2027.
