Help me test LeaderScore

I built LeaderScore to help leaders see where they are and to help the leaders they lead do the same. Before I share it more widely, I want honest feedback from a small group of leaders.

Here is how it works. Sign up below and I will email you the link to take LeaderScore. It takes about 10 minutes. After you finish, I will send you a short feedback form that takes about 3 minutes.
