Leading as an Introvert: Start Here

Dr. Tim Parsons, leadership coach, speaker and author

If you’re an introvert who leads, or you lead introverts, you’re in the right place.

I’m an introvert. For years I thought that meant I had to work around my personality to be a good leader. I was wrong. Introverts bring real strengths to leadership: we listen, we think before we speak, and we build deep relationships one person at a time. We also have a few things we have to work harder at, and I’ve written about those too.

This page is the best place to start. Here are my most helpful posts on leading as an introvert, grouped by what you’re facing.
